Protective Coatings

Penetrating Sealers: When deep penetrating concrete and masonry water repellent is needed, IPCC has applied more than 5 million square feet of products like Baracade Silane 100 and ChemMaster Aquanil Plus 100 at production rates upward of 125,000 square feet per shift.

Anti-Graffiti: These coatings prevent graffiti paint from bonding to surfaces. Depending on the substrate and project requirements, the coatings can be either a paint itself or a clear coat added to existing facades.

High Performance Breathable Coatings: These products are long lasting, self-cleaning and decorative, providing a protective coating with a water repellent primer. Just some of the products we have utilized are ChemMaster Duraguard 310, Klaas Coatings Si-Rex 03 and Simpson Strong-Tie FX-460.

Liquid Applied: Fluid-applied waterproofing membranes are designed to provide high level moisture protection by providing a monolithic, seamless fluid membrane, bonding with most surfaces, and ease of application. Our experienced applicators are the difference.

Crystalline Waterproofing: Concrete is porous. Its tunnel-like capillaries permit the passage of water and other liquids. Crystalline waterproofing materials provide a chemical treatment that would fill these capillaries to prevent the penetration of water and other liquids from any direction. Applying the material uses the inherent moisture and the by-products of cement hydration, forming a new non-soluble crystalline structure. This integral structure fills the capillary tracts rendering the concrete waterproof.

Dampproofing: Dampproofing applications require a physical barrier against water that is achieved by applying the dampproofing material to the surface. Dampproofing will not resist water transferred under hydostatic pressure. Dampproofing can be either fluid or sheet applied.

Air Vapor Barriers: Air Barriers are classified in two ways: non-permeable which restricts the flow of both air and water vapor and permeable with restricts the flow of air but allows the walls to breathe and water vapor to escape. Both types of Air Barriers can be applied as either fluid or sheet applied.
